Anybody know what this movie is called?

Mandy Moore stars in it. All I remember about the movie is that she plays a teenager and to rebel she gets her hair chopped off really short after her dad says he loves her long hair. What's that movie called? Could anybody find me some good pictures of her cute short haircut?
