I have an ipod and my mom has an ipod but i dont lke her music and is keeps trying to sync her music to mine ?

You should plug in your iPod, get to the summary screen and select "manually manage" and "sync only check songs", then check the ones you want and click cync. This way you can sync only the songs you want.
