Ctrl/Alt Code for anything?

I am wanting to do something a little more advanced with my autofill on Firefox. I want to be able to click Alt+J be for more specific settings. What I mean is, you know how you put Atl+J and it automatically fills in everything. Well I want to do that same thing but maybe have a spacific code for say "John" and just simply hit Ctrl+1 and it will automatically show up. To really be able to click have a combination and then words show up. Is this possible? I have Windows Vista.
