Law website question ?

i have a few websites none with my company name in the words i use. i clearly state that who we are on the front page there is no deception. i checked tess trademark and no one even comes close to the name i getting hared by the city of s_e_a_t_t_l_e L_icensing_dept_ to shut them down do i have a case to fight them in court. i have clearly been keeping records of this. another company that is on the lic. board has a company doing business against me and we are eating him up online. i think it is a case of harment more than anything
