Why do my parents think i should get whiped for crying?

i cant help cryin smetims i feel so sad,wat happen is that some ppl are being mean to me at school and now i cry,i told my friends who was being mean to me,and they said theyll beat that person up,but i dont want them 2 get in2 trouble,and my parents picked me up today,to start a conversation i said mom can i get a pet cat or a mini pig,my mom was lik no,we stopped and got some food and i asked my mom can i hav a drink of juice,my mom said no i dont want ur grems all over it (she said this alot of times b4)she sounded so serious and i was so sad i began 2 cry, i mean lik all i wanted was a sip of juice.As soon as i started 2 cry she said that i need 2 get off her back and leave her alone,she said i was bing so disobideant,im lazy becuz when i was cooking i lefted the wrapper on tha table (i forgot :( and she threaten to throw something at me and she said i need help and every word that camed out of my mouth was stupid,she said that she wont kiss my *** and i cant get everything i -
