yeah forever 21 has A LOT of cute dresses and party clothes. Same with Charlotte Russe. But other places you can try is Le Chateau because they sell VERY cute dresses and dressy tops. They also have great accesories! Another good place would be Urban Outfitters! They also have great clothes! Also, just try going to your local mall or a mall that has a lot of stores and just go there and go in every store until you see something cute :) anyways, hope you find something and have fun at the sweet sixteen party! :)
