Has anyone here gotten pregnant on the first month of trying?

I am pregnant with baby number 3, and got pregnant the first month of trying with all of them. We used an ovulation kit- just about 40 dollars from the grocery store. It tells you exactly when you are most fertile. worked for us! I have very irregular periods as well, and the kit worked great!
