Having an illegitimate Sibling?

If you found out you had an illegitimate sibling online would you want to meet them? I am possibly really close to meeting my sibling since I have possibly found the court record with the mother of the childs name!, I guess she had filed in family court against my father for child support or something. All I know is it is a family court case and it is sealed.
