How can i be confident?? PLEASE HELP! :( :( most detailed ans get 10 pts.?

i've always been shy, its not like i dont have any friends, i'm not really the most 'popular' girl but im not 'unpopular' either. i dont think im pretty i think im stupid and ugly and hairy. i can never look boys in the eyes and talk to them, im always thinking, what if he thinks i have upper lip hairr, or im ugly now that he saw me upclose? and i always try to hide my hairy arms from boys ugh its so frustrating but i dont wana shave becuz u have to shave it everyday den. i dont wanna be lke this anymore, im so tired of this. I JUST WANT SOME CONFIDENCE! please help :(
