So.. . . Has N. Korea, Iran, Syria, Palestinians, France, Venezuela, Russia, or Anybody Offered Help for?

I don't thin that America needs any help for what happened in Florida, the only help it really needs is for the countries that promote terrorism and wars, to cool off and embrace peace.
