I got the aim virus now i cant log on to my sn. Please someone help me.?

So a few days ago i got the aim virus and now i cannot log onto my sn. Whats worse is i forgot the answer to the security question to change my PW. I tried using aim fix and microsoft malware protection but it doesnt work. Can anybody help me because i do not want to make a new sn. Thank you.
