Question about sleep? I wake up feeling tiered?

There is a caution flag up. You need to bring whoever is helping you with depression into the loop regarding these changes in your sleep patterns and that you are energized by them. This could be an early indicator that you are going to be bipolar. Sleep disruption, increased energy and loss of appetite all point to activation of the norepinephrine system though it is a bit of a vicious circle as lack of sleep can be a result and a cause of dysregulation in this system. This can be caused sometimes by antidepressants. The sooner you see your Dr the better, you may be knocking on the door of bipolar and if you go through, you don't get to come back.
