Who is at fault in heteroual interracial relationships?

ok we all know that gay relationships are a sin and are taboo.. Both people involved in a gay relationship are to blame for being in that particular relationship. Likewise, other taboo relationships like interracial relationships also must have someone at fault. So do you think that in a heteroual interracial relationship, that the guy is to blame or the girl is to blame? I personally think it's the latter because she could have resisted and settled with someone of her own race but chose not to.
